Just in time for our 20th anniversary, we now present our new booklet, which shows the completions of the last 5 years and ongoing projects of our office.
The world is a village, people say when, far from home, they run into someone they know. And coming across all sorts of innovative things close to home, one might conversely say that the village is a world.
The way is the goal, they say. In this case, the way is even a strada as the center axis of the new business park, connecting Hanauer and Ehrenbreitsteiner Strasse.
Conceived as a variform and colorful urban-design mix, the site of the new Ludlstraße housing estate accommodates, aside from 373 residential units, a community center with artist studios, living communities and a multigenerational house, a family and counseling center, a children’s daycare center, and a children’s house.
Two stretched-out linear buildings in the Quartier du Parc Réimerwee are located on the north-eastern edge of a new development area, with the north-western side lined by Boulevard Konrad Adenauer. To the south, the complex opens up to Parc Réimerwee.
The premises of the former Spinelli Barracks are Mannheim’s second largest housing development area. With a froggy-green residential quarter parts of what used to be military premises is transformed into a lively biotope with an ensemble of distinctive buildings.
