HOT – 4* Boutique Hotel

Keep True to Yourself and Times Will Be True to You

The Alma Boutique Hotel is an early reinforced-concrete building right in the center of Vienna. In the course of the conversion, the entire building was gutted, only the load-bearing exterior walls, ceilings, and stairwells remained. Following the redesigning of the entrance area and the opening of the façade over two floors, the hotel now invitingly presents itself to the narrow old-town street hotel; the entrance is marked by a projecting canopy. The reception-desk area and the breakfast room a half-floor lower are combined to form a generous lobby that takes up the hotel’s entire ground floor level.
The breakfast area is redesigned so as to offer the hotel guests an all-day open lounge which also serves as an extension to the small reception-desk area. The hotel rooms were redesigned and adapted to the four-star standard. Art nouveau elements were taken up, reinterpreted and contemporarily implemented in the interior design. 26 hotel rooms in the best downtown location now await visitors from all over the world.
The converted attic accommodates two luxury rooms and the access to the lookout terrace with a sun deck and a view of St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
